The implementation of the quality policy is responsibility of all staff members, with overall accountability residing with the company management. It is mandated for the entire staff to recognise and accept our philosophy of quality service delivery, owning the accountability for their own outputs.

  2. Monitor and review our service provision and processes, identifying potential errors, and implementing the necessary remedial actions to eliminate them,
  3. Provide extensive orientations and intensive trainings to the staff members, instilling a ‘do it right the first time’ attitude towards quality,
  4. Ensure that our quality management system provides a framework for the management and control of our Quality, Environment-health-safety,
  5. Ensure that all company policies and procedures have the full backing of the senior management cadres,
  6. Ensure the effectiveness of quality system is monitored by planned audits, management reviews, and customer feedback surveys to sustain and improve the delivery quality.
